Miguel and his team did a great job. He was referred by a friend when we had a leak. He took the time to get on the roof and in the crawl space to properly diagnose the issue. We got competitive quotes and other roofers just wanted to tear out a section and put in new shingles - after properly diagnosing the issue that likely wouldn’t have addressed the leak anyway. He was able to seal the leak with minimally invasive work and also address other areas that were showing signs of wear and tear with a more cost effective solution. We have been leak free for about a month and all is still looking good after more storms. His team scheduled quickly and were priced competitively. Very professional- A+ the whole time. ~ Ryan K

I can't say enough about Roof Express. Timothy Pulliam & I wish I knew his partners name did a excellent job. I have been dealing with a leak coming through my flashing in my house & they took pictures after pulling up shingles & was showing me what they thought the problem was. Also Miguel the owner came out on site as well to show his concerns. It's good to know Roof Express cares. They went out of there way to put me on schedule also. I appreciate the dedication because they were so busy with other jobs. Roof Express also stands by their work. This is a big plus. Even when they finished the job, Timothy's partner cleaned up & asked me was I satisfied with everything before he left. ~ Jamie M

I initially posted a bad review after Xpress Roofing left me hanging on a leaky roof repair back in September of this year. Today, the owner of the company came to my house to apologize and to write me a check for the amount of the repair that I paid to another company. Further, he was genuinely interested in my feedback; and detailed exactly what changes he had made internally to assure a similar situation like this does not occur again. Wow! Who does this? I did not get to use them the last time, but would not hesitate to use them in the future as this is a company that is doing all the right things as it apparently continues to grow. ~ Bill G

I contacted Roof Xpress in reference to a leak in my roof. They responded quickly, put a tarp over the roof and gave an estimate. The estimate was very fair and reasonable ! They were on time, courteous and professional. Photos were sent during the process showing as they progressed with the repairs. The work was done on the date we had agreed on. They did a great job on cleaning up after the work was completed. No problems with roof since. Would highly recommend them ! ~ Robin H

Great and honest company. Miguel came out to gave me a free roof quote. After his inspection he showed me the damage of the roof. He recommended to hold off on replacing the roof as the damage was minor and told me he would reach out after every major storm and come check out the roof. I was very impressed with the honesty and that he wasn’t trying to shove a new roof down my throat. I will definitely be using express roof when it comes time to replace. ~ Bailey W

This is the only company I would use or recommend in the future. The roofing business in the Triad specifically is so saturated with tons of companies trying to do jobs fast and get to the next one. This company is smaller and takes their time, pays attention to quality, and does exactly what they promise. Miguel and his team are fantastic. I highly recommend Roof Xpress, Miguel is very professional, responsive, and knowledgeable. When the work was done he came back to my house to check up to see if everything went well. When he came back he even cleaned my gutters and blew all the leaves off my driveway for free! Miguel and his team are fantastic. Miguel inspected our roof after a bad hail storm and documented the damage. The insurance adjuster agreed with his findings and we contracted to have our roof replaced. I cannot praise this company enough!! They treated me so well, and were kind and respectful when I had to take my dogs out for potty breaks. Their work is exceptional! The roof looks amazing. From start to finish, my entire experience with Roof Xpress was great!! Miguel Palapa worked me thru the estimate and the process of my homeowner insurance claim. Office was extremely helpful with setting the work date and payment process. Old shingles were removed and replaced with new ones and yard cleaned up in less than 1 day. I had my roof replaced by company X and had a few warranty issues that they contracted out to Xpress Roofing and Construction. From my understanding this was due to some pandemic related issues. Although at first I was a little hesitant, I can not be more happy. After coordinating everything, Miguel came onsite, and gave a thorough inspection by walking around the outside, and equally as important, assessing the roof from the attic. He was able to see the issues and formulate a good plan. The repairs went off without a hitch. Additionally, I had a low slope portion of my roof (above my porch and carport) that needed to be replaced. I was given a competitive price and we were able to get that scheduled too. When the work was complete, I was shown before and after pictures, and explained the work that was done. So that is the backstory. What is actually important? Price - very competitive Communication - prompt / professional (email works well) Quality of work - I am not a roofer, but it looks good. I don't see how water is going to penetrate my home which was my goal Crew - Antonio, Julio and Ernest, were professional, considerate, focused.
